Senior Data Architect

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with twelve-fifteen(12-15) years of related experience, Master’s degree with ten-thirteen (10-13) years of related experience. PhD with ten plus (10+) years of experience.
• Has SAFe 5.1 and 6.0 SAFe Architect (ARCH) certification
• An active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD) for continued employment
• 5 years of experience a developing Solution Train epics/features and delivering solutions in the System Architect role for Agile Release Trains and driving their data management roadmap.
• 10 years prior experience selecting data platforms and systems that best meet the business and technical needs of applications with current and emerging cloud technologies
• Experience mitigating vulnerabilities of these systems to demonstrate compliance
• Prior experience developing data architecture, organization's data management framework
• Domain expertise in data governance, privacy, compliance, format consistency, retention and access, classification levels, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
• Experience with relational databases, no-sql, and HDFS
• Experienced in leading and working enterprise data management solution and delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management for cyber mission

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong understanding of the systems and software development life cycle models within the context of Large Solution SAFe®
• Adept at system and database design and data modeling
• A technical mindset with superior attention to detail & high quality organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
