Technical Targeter

Working as an expert Technical Targeter (TT), conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threats to the mission. Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for technical and non-technical audiences. TT will leverage advanced data driven analysis using different collection methods to support the analytic conclusions and recommendations. TT will combine research, operational knowledge, and sound analysis in a cohesive manner to address the mission's hardest problems.

• TS/SCI with Poly 
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical Field with 12 years of experience. 4 years of additional experience can be used in place of a degree.
• SIGINT and Multi-INT targeting and analysis 
• Demonstrated experience with network security and technical collection 
• Experience creating intel reports and assessing emerging intelligence issues
