Maintain a security program through development and implantation of customer security requirements. Provides oversight of the day-to-day operations of a customer facility. Implements and manages the overall security program. Establishes and maintains successful working relationships with government agencies and internal customers. Implements, and maintains compliance of security plans and procedures in accordance with customer directives. Briefs executive management on security matters. Maintains awareness of new/changing laws/regulations; continually reviewing and monitoring status of security policies, procedures, and programs for compliance and the organization's needs. Enforces standards for a secure environment for the protections of personnel, property and information. Develops, implements, and provides security awareness training for personnel.
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7

Five years’ progressively responsible experience as a multi-disciplined security officer supporting the IC
Manager level / senior level experience designing, constructing, and operating ICD 705/ DCID 6-9 spaces
Experience in dealing first-hand with mid-level and senior level USG security officials
Working knowledge of and experience with IC personnel security policies and procedures
