SITEC - Quality Assurance Analyst

Peraton requires Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and  common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists in the facilitation of SITEC EOM Program risk management activities.
• Supports the analysis and reporting of SLA quality trends using the the 1EOM Tools Suite.
• Supports the tracking of root cause and corrective actions and maintains the Corrective and Preventive Action Tracking Log on the 1EOM Tools Suite.
• Assists with quality audits and tracks corrective actions to closure.
• Collaborates with Regional Workforce Managers to facilitate implementation and support of site-specific playbooks; periodically reviews site-specific playbooks for implementation, completeness, and staff familiarity.
• Supports the identification, implementation and tracking of continuous improvements.

• Some positions may require working a non-traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer.

Required qualifications:

• BS Degree and 8-10 years experience, or MS Degree and 6-8 years expereince, or PhD and 3-5 years experience OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of BS
• Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use Lean and statistical tools to identify and address performance across the Enterprise, Components, and TSOCs.
• Experience with ITIL, Lean Management, Agile, or Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Clearance: TS/SCI

Desired qualifications:

• Certification(s): Lean/Six Sigma; Certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt a plus.
