Peraton requires a Network Opertions Lead to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provides a full spectrum of network infrastructure management services, including implementation, technology integration, guidance for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and assisting the Government to develop and document network infrastructure policies and procedures.
• Plans, leads, and executes requirements analysis, design, development, and documentation of complex information systems in support of USSOCOM and SOF missions supported by the SIE within the Peraton Digital Engineering Framework (DEF).
• Manages and responds to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and proactively alert the Government to performance issues.
• Acts as the main interface between the USSOCOM end customers, the SITEC 3 EOM contractor, component Deputy Program Managers, and the component J6 management staff and provides input into the management activities within his/her functional area.
• Manages Contractor and subcontractor staff, ensures staff development, and work with third-party vendors applicable to his/her site as needed.
• Organizes, directs, and manages all support functions applicable to the network infrastructure for multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
• Reviews task plans and deliverable items, and manages schedules in line with budget.
• Ensures all personnel within his/her responsibility receive adequate guidance and direction for performing their daily tasks
• Developing/presents briefings, prepares correspondence, and submits project status reports as required.
• Oversees and manages the implementation, technology integration, guidance for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, developing and documenting network infrastructure policies and procedures.
• Manages a network infrastructure maintenance program for networks, systems, and services.
• Some positions may require working a non-traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer.
