Peraton requires a Net Ops Service Management Lead to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.


The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and  common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversees SOCOM SITEC NetOps Service Management functions (Incident Management, Change Management/ASI, Request Management).
• Provides NetOps Performance Reporting/Metrics (SLA measurement)
• Manages and responds to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and proactively alert the Government to performance issues.
• Interfaces with CSD (Central Service Desk)
• Ensures all personnel within his/her responsibility receive adequate guidance and direction for performing their daily tasks (Incident, Problem & Change/ASI Managers)
• Developing/presents briefings, prepares correspondence, and submits project status reports as required.

• Some positions may require working a non-traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer.

**Salary range is based on geographical location.**



Required qualifications:

  • BS Degree and 8-10 years experience, or MS Degree and 6-8 years experience, or PhD and 3-5 years experience,

    OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of BS

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT Operations support.
  • Ability to follow procedures under stressful conditions.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Experience in Process Engineering/Development
  • Certification(s): ITIL Foundations certification
  • DoD 8140/8170 IAT II certification required
  • Clearance: TS/SCI

Desired qulifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certified

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
