Peraton requires ASI Managers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network
Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Creates, manages and tracks ASI (Authorized Service Interruption) records/requests as part of the ITIL Change Management process.
• Oversees and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for the implementation of infrastructure change projects including coordination with Watch Officers and representatives from impacted teams, providing Impact/Risk Assessment.
• Maintains the efficiency of important aspects of the change/project management process such as planning, scheduling, risk assessment, participating in meetings (such as CAB reviews) and ensuring effected parties are aware of ASIs through notifications and escalations.
• Plans, conducts and supervises change projects, ensuring proper notification, escalation, participation, scheduling and planning take place for all Authorized Service Interruptions to limit any risk to the end client.
• Some positions may require working a non-traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer.

Required qualifications:
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Able to oversee the ASI (Authorized Service Interruption) request process, which is a component of the client's ITIL Change Management Process
• Knowledgeable in ITILv3 or v4 Service Management framework especially Change Management
• Certification(s): ITIL Foundations preferred
• Clearance: TS/SCI
