Software Developer III

Peraton is seeking a dynamic Software Developer – eGAIN CRM to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA.

What you’ll do:

· Participate in daily scrums, performing software requirements analysis, risk identification, risk mitigation, and collaboration across Agile teams

· Participate in the development of documentation

· Develop and execute project plans

· Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers

· Design business processes and integration between CRM applications and other applications

· Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows

· Work with business analysts and application users to design robust user-friendly

What you’ll need:

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years of progressive IT experience; OR a Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience OR in lieu of a degree 9 years of relevant work experience in the IT field.

· 3-5 years of eGain software experience, CRM integration and related tools.

· Cisco Telephony software knowledge (Cisco Call Manager/ICM, Finesse)

· Call Center Analyst skills

· Telecom skills- troubleshooting issues such as drop calls within the call manager and CCSD past work experience

· Before beginning work, candidate must obtain interim staff like access based upon an IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation security clearance. Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder) to obtain and maintain a Position of Public Trust clearance.
