Senior Software Configuration Analyst

Peraton is seeking a Senior Software Configuration Analyst.  In this role, you will manage all software and documentation assigned to the program.  This position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO. 

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, maintain, coordinate the configuration management and document management processes to include process improvement.
• Documentation and Software Inventory Management
• Perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
• Actively use knowledge of Systems Engineering and Agile Development Methodologies to support the software development lifecycle.
• Use Configuration Management tools and system auditing to support a fast-paced software delivery program.
• Experience with Systems Engineering that can support the software configuration management needed on our program.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in Document Management experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of Document Management experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree. 
• Software confirmation database management experience
• Candidate must have a current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph

Desired qualifications:

• Inventory system tracking experience
• Experience with software build procedure creation
• Experience with software confirmation management tools
• Experience with Systems Integration and Systems/Software Testing, including virtualized environments, test environments and operation environments
• Working knowledge in test plan/procedure preparation and test execution
• Knowledge of DevOps pipeline implementation
