Maintain a security program through development and implantation of customer security requirements. Provides oversight of the day-to-day operations of a customer facility. Implements and manages the overall security program. Establishes and maintains successful working relationships with government agencies and internal customers. Implements, and maintains compliance of security plans and procedures in accordance with customer directives. Briefs executive management on security matters. Maintains awareness of new/changing laws/regulations; continually reviewing and monitoring status of security policies, procedures, and programs for compliance and the organization's needs. Enforces standards for a secure environment for the protections of personnel, property and information. Develops, implements, and provides security awareness training for personnel. An active TS/SCI clearance with an active Full Scope Polygraph is required for this position.
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
Desire 5-7 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 or more years of relevant experience working with customer security programs.
