Business Systems Analyst III

Peraton is seeking a Business Analyst to provide expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and enterprise requirements and assist in process engineering technical support expertise to improve enterprise IT operations.  Responsibilities include:

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
• Provides technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems.
• Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Creates detailed specifications for the design and development of integrated solutions.
• Assist in the baseline of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ServiceNow
• Install application software and manage system accounts and modifications to include password resets, additions, and deletions.

• BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
• Experience creating ad hoc reports to analyze ServiceNow performance issues and customer requirements
• General knowledge of ITIL and the use of MS Project
• General knowledge of Risk Managed Framework (RMF)
• Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ServiceNow desired
• Oracle Certification credentials and general knowledge in virtualization and networking desired
• ITIL Foundations certification desired
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator desired
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
• Must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
