ServiceNow Developer

Peraton is seeking a ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Developer to identify and develop new functionality and/or improve existing processes or products.  Responsibilities include:

• Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to optimize and/or enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Support and make improvements to the ServiceNow configurations, such as adding custom fields, extending "out of box" functionality, supporting connection requirements/issues with discovery, etc.
• Collaborate across enterprise teams and with ServiceNow SMEs to identify new functionality to improve existing processes or products.
• Work with the customer to prioritize ServiceNow work efforts across the enterprise.
• Proactively identify new applications to improve operational efficiency

• BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
• Experience supporting the ServiceNow application creating workflows, adding custom fields, extending "out of box" functionality, supporting connection requirements/issues with discovery, etc.
• General knowledge of ITIL and the use of MS Project
• Experience with ServiceNow on-premises implementations desired
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
• ITIL Foundations certification desired
• Must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
