Business Process Analyst

Peraton is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide process engineering technical support expertise to improve enterprise IT operations.  Responsibilities include:

• Provide process engineering to support designing and developing integrated solutions
• Evaluate current and emerging technologies with consideration of factors such as cost, portability, compatibility and usability
• Provide support to ensure compliance meeting Risk Managed Framework (RMF) and Joint Security Infrastructure Group (JSIG) information assurance regulations and requirements
• Baseline Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ServiceNow
• Install application software and manage system accounts and modifications to include password resets, additions, and deletions

• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 5+ years' experience including system internals, file system structures, design, and performance tuning at an enterprise level; backup recovery; testing methodologies; storage; data replication; and DISA system hardening guidelines
• Provide ad hoc reports that analyze performance issues, customer requirements and ServiceNow training sessions
• General knowledge of ITIL and the use of MS Project
• Oracle Certification credentials and general knowledge in virtualization and networking, and a working knowledge of MS products
• Working knowledge of Risk Managed Framework (RMF), and Joint Security Infrastructure Group (JSIG) information assurance regulations in support of meeting all requirements of RMF
• Experience designing and developing integrated solutions, including SOPs and training materials
• Experience evaluating current and emerging technologies with consideration of factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, and usability
• Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ServiceNow
• Experience installing application and managing system accounts and modifications to include password resets, additions, and deletions
• Experience cleaning up data spills in application data which requires physically deleting and/or removing data
• Experience performing production control activities including support of cyclical changes to operational workloads, data administration, data compression, data restores, reorganization of files, recovery of systems, production of reports, download/upload of information, setup and verification of files and programs
• Experience providing ad hoc reports that analyze performance issues, customer requirements and ServiceNow training sessions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator desired
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
• Must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
