Working with NASA flight projects, an EMI/EMC Engineer supports the development of test laboratory test procedures, equipment set-up and test operations to meet requirements for space vehicles or ground support equipment specifications. EMI/EMC test engineers review test results and make recommendations to the project on specific technical issues that may arise. Will need to develop cost estimates for level of effort requested by customers. Test quality and cost tracking will also be part of the EMI/EMC engineer’s responsibility. Work with technicians and support hands-on EMI/EMC Testing and document results. The position is in the Environmental Test and Integration Support (ETISIII) at Goddard Space Flight Center located in Greenbelt, Maryland.
