Test Engineer III

Peraton has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer to join our team in Landover, MD.

What you'll do:

• Upon completion of integration activities, create a test plan/ test procedure to support system acceptance testing.
• Conduct system acceptance testing in accordance with approved test plan and test procedure.
• After completion of system acceptance testing, provide a test inspection report.
• Participate in after-actions review to address lessons learned and areas of opportunity, as appropriate.
• Provide recommendations/inputs to final system design documents, as appropriate.

• Experience/Education: BS Degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a MS Degree with 3-5 years, or a PhD with 0-2 years. Will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience testing IT systems, encompassing hardware, applications, and network components.
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE).
  Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• ITIL Foundations certification desired.
