Software/Hardware Lifecycle Lead

Peraton is looking for a Software/Hardware Lifecycle Lead on ITCC (USSTRATCOM):

Responsibilities:
- Apply a detailed understanding of existing Command and Control Facility (C2F) technology (ex. VMware, Red Hat, Cisco, Dell)

- Lead the Software/Hardware lifecycle roadmap and participate in high priority engineering projects
- Support developing cost efficient solutions for improved warfighter IT performance/operations
- Collaborate with strategic industry partners to evaluate new products/capabilities, other Peraton program chief engineers/architects, and Peraton corporate to develop best practices to apply to the C2F IT
- Lead quarterly innovation forums and meetings with strategic partners

- Education: BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5

- US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain a clearance

- 8 or more years of relevant industry experience

- Familiarity with DOD customers and USSTRATCOM tools

- Knowledge of emerging IT technology

- Strong presentation and communication skills
