Systems Engineer, Senior (II)

Peraton is seeking a Systems Engineer II to augment the existing Dataflow team for a large analytic cloud repository. The selected candidate will work with the team providing Dataflow management for the Data Distribution team. This is an on-call position and the candidate must have prior data flow/or NiFi flow engineering experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systemsExperience with data government (DMRs, DLMS, DSW, DART) processes
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance as it relates to data handling and access control and the catalog labelling process is highly desired.
• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and a current polygraph is required
