Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Peraton is eager to bring on an energetic, and creative, entry level Recruitment Marketing specialist to support recruitment marketing efforts across our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with the Recruitment Marketing manager to learn how to attract talent to Peraton.  You will partner with the recruitment marketing team to develop and execute talent attraction campaigns and provide day-to-day recruitment marketing support.

 

Responsibilities

• Campaigns: work with sector talent acquisition leaders, business leaders, and manager on recruitment marketing campaigns that deliver results.  Learn how to measure results and create recruitment campaigns
• Content: learn how to develop recruitment marketing content, independently or with colleagues
• Advertising: help plan and execute sector and program advertising campaigns and ensure they are optimized
• Collateral: help create a recruitment marketing library, and share content with recruiters
• Attend local hiring events.
• Prepare marketing material to ship for events.

• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and/or talent attraction (experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable)
• Ability to keep up with ever-changing needs and working collaboratively
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience with creating, developing and deploying advertising concepts

 

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting, professional services, or recruitment marketing
• Experience working with an advertising agency
• Experience working with senior leaders and executives
• Past experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion as it relates to recruitment marketing
• Ability to travel as needed

Salary Minimum: $40,000
Salary Mid: $80,000
Salary Maximum: $100,000

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
