Peraton is seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Department of Treasury’s Enterprise Applications (EA) program. The candidate will directly interface with our customer to support their Talent Management Solutions (TMS) team. This position allows for full telework.


The candidate will serve as a SuccessFactors SME and the primary responsibilities will include configuration management, system administration, and testing, support.

Proven past experience with administration of the SAP Employee Central module and/or Recruiting module is required for this position.


The candidate will work closely with Federal staff on a daily basis to provide support in the areas of customer relationship management, vendor interaction, and general application performance. The candidate is expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work effectively with employees, subcontractors, and the Treasury staff in a diverse team environment.


What you will do:

  • Developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate configuration and other system changes and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Assist with project planning, management, and implementation
  • Provide SME support for the implementation of the SAP Employee Central module
  • Act as system administrator for the SAP Employee Central module post-implementation.



Required  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field and 2- 4 years of experience or a  HS Degree and 8- 10 years of experience. 
  • 1+ years of experience configuring and implementing the SAP Employee Central module and / or Recruiting module
  • Must have SuccessFactors administration or similar administration experience.
  • Must be capable of independently managing time and multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  •  Must be available to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support.
  •  Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
  • Knowledge of Federal Human Resources policies and regulations.
  • Experience working within an agile framework.

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $40,000
Salary Mid: $80,000
Salary Maximum: $100,000

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
