Senior Program Manager (Tech)

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to perform staffing, subcontracts, and financial management to enable the successful execution of Program and Task Order scope of work while also supporting the client’s needs for contact center infrastructure and development and program management on two separate contracts.

 

What you’ll do:

• Manages personnel, and oversees administration of two staff augmentation contracts.
• Manages both direct Peraton employees and subcontractor personnel, with supervisory and developmental responsibilities for the former.
• Ensures the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of multiple programs, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.
• Acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
• Develops and delivers required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
• Monitors contract, subcontract, and funding; prepares forecasts of program financial performance.
• Responsible for all phases of the program budget.
• Prepares staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. Will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Assigns staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
• Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
• Leads proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required.
• Assists the Government in strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management and interface design.
• Provides expert advice to the Government in the areas of relating vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements, and process and capability developments.

Required qualifications:

 

• B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems,  with relevant experience as a Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience;  OR 10 to 13 years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree.
• Must have a minimum of 12 years of working experience in government or private industry in contact center operations management or other relevant work areas
• A minimum of at least 4 years progressively responsible Management, Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques.
• Must have experience with people management, especially in a remote environment.
• Must have or be able to obatin an agency-specific Public Trust clearance

 

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in managing a large scale omni-channel contact center operation.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) or other similar contact center platforms and applications.
• Experience in workforce management, preferably Aspect.
• Experience with the identification of technical issues and proactive communication of possible impacts.

Salary Minimum: $77,500
Salary Mid: $155,000
Salary Maximum: $193,800

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
