Social Media Analyst

The candidate will work in a team environment supporting research and analytic projects across data sources, platforms, and tools to extract strong analytic conclusions. The candidate will coordinate with the client on requirements and progress throughout the assessment, which will allow new information to be addressed as required. Throughout the analytic process, the candidate will identify and gather relevant data, assess the information using known analytical tools to determine patterns, trends, and recommendations on next steps. The analyst shall brief the results and provide guidance and training as needed on the techniques used to reach the conclusions. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related technical field from an accredited college/university 
• 3 years’ experience as an all-source analyst 
• 3 years’ experience working with social media platforms to include privacy settings, data logs, and security 
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing 
• Derive analytical conclusions from large quantities of data 

 Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience with social media analytics 
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences  

 BS Equivalent = Minimum 4 years of experience in related technical field. Experience used as equivalency for college degree must be in addition to other experience requirements.
