Peraton is preparing for a major US Coast Guard Infrastructure Managed Services program whereby we will support the entire USCG community by providing secure, reliable, resilient and integrated capabilities to improve mission outcomes. Peraton will leverage advances in IT to reliably deliver the information needed for the successful execution of USCG missions and mission support activities.

Minimum Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma: 4-5 years of experience
• Preferred degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum Certification Requirements- Currently hold one or more of the following; ability to obtain:

• ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 Foundation to align with the latest version of DESMF

Minimum Experience Level Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with IT Services 
• Familiarity in areas of Operations Center, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Platform, Network, Security, Transformation, Information Security and/or End User
• Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements

Ability to obtain/maintain: Secret Clearance
