Maintenance Manager (NCTAMS PAC)

Peraton seeks an experienced facilities, grounds, and antennae Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance, minor repair, or upkeep of facilities, equipment, antennae, structure, utilities, and grounds/landscaping of four NCTAMS PAC sites in Oahu, Hawaii.

This role requires experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel in multiple telecommunication facility locations, synchronizing work schedules and resource conflicts to minimize service interruptions for both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Major Job Activities:

• Balance workload to teams of maintenance personnel in multiple locations
• Manage the daily (24 hours per day, 7 days per week) care of equipment located in multiple geographically separated locations.

• Manages and performs all work necessary to maintain the sites grounds and facilities (including CCTV).
• Manage and oversee the minor maintenance and repair, inspection, preventive maintenance (PM), emergency and service work as detailed in the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) and Facilities Maintenance Plan attachment.
• Conduct periodic inspections in accordance with the IMP.
• Updates the IMP within 30 days after installation of any system.
• Manage and oversee the preservation or restoration of a part of a system, or facility to such condition that it may be effectively used for its designated purposes (Integrated Maintenance and Repair).
• Maintain and complete all scheduled preventive maintenance per the Navy 3M program and report actions in Automated Work Notification (AWN).
• Ensures all electronic maintenance personnel are qualified and proficient on all satellite systems, and their respective electronic support systems, sub-systems, associated network connectivity systems, and components to the maximum extent possible to increase efficiencies and personnel coverage depth.
• Manages, schedules, and oversees all minor maintenance and repairs to facilities ($2,000 per occurrence.
• Reports necessity of maintenance work where costs are expected to exceed $2,000 to the NCTAMS PAC O&M COR for appropriate action.
• Purchases and installs all parts and material required for general facilities maintenance and repairs up to and including $2,000.00.
• Reports each required major or minor construction project exceeding a direct material cost of $2,000 that requires approval or direction from the Contracting Officer Representative.
• Establishes a preventive maintenance (PM) program for all the Site’s systems and equipment utilizing the current NAVSEAINST 4790 series Maintenance, Materiel Management (3M) program, and local command instructions to maximize useful life of all sustained systems under contract.

Flexible 8x5 (Monday-Friday) (24x7 on-call) work schedule 24-hour X 7 support.

Required:

• Experienced in managing a team of maintenance personnel in multiple Telecommunication facility locations, synchronizing work schedules, and resource conflicts.
• US Citizenship Required
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Relevant experience of 5 years or more
• Active Secret security clearance
• Cyber Security Work Force Code 45 position which requires compliance with Cyber Security Work Force Requirements and DoD Directive 8140.01 Cyberspace Workforce Management, DoD Directive 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program and SECNAV M-5239.2 Cyberspace Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce Management and Qualification Manual.

Desired:

• Qualified under the Navy Preventive Maintenance Program and Personnel Qualifications System (3M PQS) to the Department Head level (307)
• Experience with U.S. Navy Facilities Engineering Command
