Senior Transition Manager

Responsibilities:

We are searching for a talented Senior Transition Manager to become part of Peraton’s Federal Strategic Cyber organization. This position will be located in Arlington, VA.

As the Senior Transition Manager you will oversee the transition of task order to task order. You will leverage your expertise to ensure all projects move together and all established goals are met as expected. The Senior Transition Manager will work with all stakeholders to identify and capture key elements to ensure a seamless transition, with no undue disruption to either task order.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What you’ll do:

The Senior Transition Manager will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
• Manages teams of support personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintains and manages client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
• Meets with customer Organizes and personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items and to ensure conformance with program task schedules, deliverables, and costs.
• Provide regular program status and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 20+ years’ experience
• US Citizenship and a current active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance; with SCI ELIGIBILITY
• Certified in ITIL 3 framework with willingness to obtain ITIL 4
• PMP
• Prior program transition experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Current SCI Clearance
• Possess ITIL 4 certification
• Possess one (or more) of the following Scrum certifications: CSM, PSM-I, or SSM
• Possess one (or more) of the following SAFe certifications: IC-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP
