Responsibilities

We are searching for a talented Chief Integration Engineer to become part of Peraton’s Federal Strategic Cyber organization. This position will be located in Arlington, VA.

 

The Chief Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting our clients mission goals and strategic objectives by leveraging their program/project management expertise (e.g., milestone tracking, financial tracking/management, applied systems engineering, etc.). You will support design, development, evaluation of end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their full development and operational life cycle. The Chief Integration Engineer is a vital stakeholder for system conceptual designs and documentations.

 

What you’ll do:

The Chief Integration Engineer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for ensuring coordination of all interacting systems within the enterprise and its extended environments to include people, ideas and processes.
  • Plans, designs and implements the integration process to include creating documentation for the process so that future engineers know how to solve potential issues.
  • Responsible for test plan specifications and working with teams through analysis and design of the solution(s) to be integrated.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 20+ years’ experience
  • Certified in ITIL 3 framework with willingness to obtain ITIL 4
  • Experience with end-to-end integration and test methods including identification and mitigation of programmatic and technical risk
  • Experience with testing and evaluation
  • US Citizenship and a current active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance; with SCI ELIGIBILITY

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SCI Clearance
  • Possess ITIL 4 certification
  • Possess one (or more) of the following: SAFe Practitioner (SP), SPC, LPM, CISSP, Cloud+, Security+
  • Experienced in complex, multi-segmented system development, integration, and test of projects including specialized, relevant technical experience in the general areas of systems integration, system development and verification, hardware and software development
  • Experienced with preparation and maintenance of project documentation, cost and master schedules
  • PMP

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
